"Festival" - Original Watercolor Painting

Liquid watercolor, pan watercolor and Inktense blocks were layered together to create this painting. Bright purples, blues, oranges and reds jump off the page of this 18 inch by 24 inch painting. Bursts of colors mimic the bursts of fireworks, hence the title - Festival. This was painted on sturdy 140lb watercolor paper.
The edges of the painting are paper white and measure roughly 1/4 of an inch all around. This looks beautiful in a larger frame with a matte opening cut a little smaller than the painting.
Sealed with archival quality matte varnish.
